When we ride, we borrow freedom
Aptitude, Ability and Courage
Riding in the mountains, going into the Atlantic Forest, visiting waterfalls and crossing streams, getting to know the countryside … all this is possible on horseback.
The Desempenho Riding School and its partner Caminhos Mata Atlântica offer tours on foot, by bicycle and on horseback in the Cachoeiras de Macacu region,
Rides up to 1 day
Rides are part of our riding course and can last from 1 hour to several hours. We do trails within our area and around the Desempenho Farm.
Sun Trail and Reserve Trail
(inside Fazenda Desempenho – can be done in sequence or separately) 1 to 3 hours – on foot or horseback
Faraó de Cima Waterfall
4 to 6 hours (with picnic) – on foot, bike or horseback
Jequitibá Reserve
1 day with picnic or 2 days with camping – on foot or horseback
REGUA (Guapiaçu Ecological Reserve)
1 day on foot
